Large-scaled universal cylindrical grinder
Main application
This machine is especially suitable for single and small batch parts grinding in machining, tool and repairing workshops.
M1450 is mainly used for grinding internal and external surface of cylinder and taper.
Three different lengths can be chosen, 2000,2500,3000mm.
Structure characteristics
1 The longitudinal movement of the working table is of hydraulic indefinite variable control, it can also be controlled by hand wheel. The work head is adoptable in certain degree to grind taper work piece.
2 The cross feeding of grinding carriage is of hydraulic control to realize rapid advancing and withdrawing, while rough and fine feeding are controlled by hand wheel.
3 Feeding guide way adopts plastic-covered guide way to promote running stability and damping ability.
4 Grinding carriage uses sleeve-typed whole shell dynamic spindle system of high rotating precision and high rigidity.
5 The work head adopts two-speed motor—three grade gear speed changing. It is with the characteristics of high driving speed, high rigidity, and easy operating. Work head of Universal type(M1450) employs sliding bearing structure, gap of front bearing is adoptable to meet the grinding requirement of centers and chuck.. The work head can be adopted to any degree in the range of counterclockwise 90 to grind taper work piece with chuck.
6 M1450 universal cylindrical grinder is with internal grinding attachment, internal grinding spindle uses rolling bearing to support. Four different types of speed can be achieved through belt changing to grinding internal holes of different diameters.
7 Work piece spindle, grinding carriage, internal grinding spindle, hydraulic pump, cooling pump, and grinding wheel spindle lubricating pump are of control of separate motor.
8 Each moving component is with electric, hydraulic and mechanic structure. The machine is with reasonable integral layout, nice shape. The operating lever is easy and safe for operating.
9 Dressing of the grinding wheel can be achieved in two different ways. Dressing tools can be fixed on the table or on the tailstock.
