Main application
This machine is mainly used for precise grinding of cylinder and taper work pieces. It is especially suitable for single and small batch parts grinding in machining, tool and repairing workshops.

a,Spindle of the grinding carriage uses our own technology, it’s with the characteristics of high rotating precision, good rigidity, and high finishing quality. 38CrMOALA is through Carbonation treatment, and the hardness can reach more than HV900, and it is with the advantage of long life expectancy, and good precision maintaining.
b,Work head spindle uses our own technology, it’s with the characteristics of high rotating precision, good rigidity. And surface roundness it can achieve is higher than the national standard requirement.
c,Feeding guide way of the grinding carriage uses plastic covered guide way, it is with the characteristics of low Friction coefficient, high immunity to vibration, and high grinding precision.
d,To meet special order of grinder, the hydraulic system uses Triple screw pump which is of small pulse, stable running, low noise, long life expectancy.
e. The operating system uses our own technology, S16YT009 operating lever and electric controlling button are easy to operate
